In all our chalets, a number of hotel services are included to ensure you absolute comfort during your stay.

Daily cleaning

We are very fussy about cleanliness.
That’s why a chambermaid cleans your chalet on a daily basis so that it feels clean and fresh at all times.
The list of her daily cleaning chores ? Cleaning of all public areas, toilets and en-suite facilities, making bed, emptying bins, kitchen hygiene and preparing the fire.
The final cleaning is also included.

Chauffeured vehicle

Service included in all our four-star chalets (except Guisane & L’orée du Bois) between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm to drive you to the main lifts and back to the chalet.

Put on ski boots directly in the chalet. Then just call your chauffeur.
He picks you up from the chalet and drops you back whenever you want. Our minibuses are reserved exclusively for our clients.

Private chauffeured vehicle included in our five-star chalets. Our chauffeurs whisk you around the resort from 8 am to 8 pm.

Ski passes

Avoid the hassle of queuing at the lift pass office pre order your ski pass so it is ready for your arrival.

Ski equipment

We can pre book your skis, snowboards and boots.
You just have to specify the type of equipment you want to rent, your skiing level, your weight and height, and your shoe size.

Internet access

Complimentary WiFi in all chalets lets you stay connected when you want to.

Linen

When you arrive in your chalet, beds are made, bath towels and terry slippers are ready for you. A welcome pack of luxury bathroom products is also provided.

Firewood

Small pieces of dry firewood and logs are provided. Every morning, the chambermaid stacks the wood in the fireplace. After your day on the slopes, you just have to strike a match to start the fire.

Concierge service

In addition to booking ski equipment, ski passes, transfers, in-chalet breakfast and dinners, in-chalet baby-sitting, massages and yoga lessons, our exclusive concierge service allows us to give you peace of mind in organising any services you may require or any kind of wish that you may have.
